Open water swim
A one hour swim at West Reservoir. This is a session supervised by a BTF qualified Level 2 / Level 3 coach, suitable for novices and experienced triathletes.Bright swim hats (not blue, black, white.. your LFTC hat is perfect) and goggles are compulsory. Sunday run
Coached run sessions following our open water swim. Meet at West Reservoir reception. Non-members need to pay a £2 day membership to attend this session unless already booked for the swim. You can leave belongings in lockers at the West Reservoir. Find out more »
