Join us for a 60minute yoga for athletes session led by Gail followed by a 15min Q&A session. Join us here for an opportunity to experience some of the benefits yoga can bring for triathletes: awareness, injury prevention and much needed recovery (depending on how you practice) to name a few.
Wear something comfortable, you can use a yoga mat if you have one, or a towel if not. If your hips are tight perhaps have a few books handy for props or a block if you have one.
For insurance purposes you’ll need to pre register (on entry to the Zoom meeting). Feel free to ask any questions you’d like answered prior to the session, or just turn up on Monday the 30th. Class will be open from 6.35pm and will begin at 6:45pm. Hope to see you there!
