There will be a new block of ‘yoga for athletes’ sessions starting Wednesday 2nd March 2022. classes will run in person and live streamed, for flexibility of access. We will be returning to Victoria Park clubhouse annexe, and classes will be 6.30-7.30pm. This will be a 6 week block focussing on the whole body in preparation for the upcoming season. there is always an option to ask for a specific area to be worked on when you turn up to class.
