Race information

DISTANCES 

YOUTHS (15-16 years) 1.6km run / 8km bike / 600m run.

TRISTAR-3 (13-14 years) 1.6km run / 8km bike / 600m run.

TRISTAR-2 (11-12 years) 1.2km run / 4.8km bike / 600m run.

TRISTAR-1 (9-10 years) 600m run / 3.2km bike / 600m run

TRISTART (8 years) 400m run / 800m bike / 200m run

REGISTRATION 

TRISTAR 3 and YOUTHS: Opens 09:45am.

TRISTAR 2: Opens 09:45am

TRISTAR 1: Opens 11:15am

TRISTART: Opens 11:15am

RACE STARTS  

TRISTAR 3 and YOUTHS: 10:15am (Race together in same wave)

TRISTAR 2: 11:00am

TRISTAR 1: 11:40am

TRISTARTS: 12:25pm

BRIEFING: The briefing will take place 10 minutes immediately before each wave start.

BIKES: Can be hired directly from the venue – please give yourself more time to arrange this on the day with the venue.

PARKING: Onsite for participants only (4 hours max from arrival.)
