Join us this Thursday at 7AM, outside the Emirates stadium.

Please note that there is now a bag drop at the starting point. You can drop bags at Broccoli cafe before the run start. Make sure to meet your fellow LFTCers around the outside of the stadium.

– the set will be an “Emirates Stadium” adapted track set from Tuesday
– upon arrival, start running clockwise to keep warm and a counter-clockwise group will meet you!
– post-run coffee at Broccoli
