Join us this Thursday at 7.30 AM, outside the Emirates stadium.

Please know that there is no bag drop at the starting point and make sure to meet your fellow LFTCers around the outside of the stadium.

– upon arrival, start running clockwise to keep warm and a counter-clockwise group will meet you!
