You will require swim fins (not dive fins), pull buoy and hand paddles. Attempting some of the exercises without these training aids can be very difficult. If you haven’t used paddles before, get the smallest ones you can without your fingers sticking over the edge. This might be different to your glove size.

It is also recommended that you bring a bottle of water or sports drink to drink during the session.
