This course is designed for athletes who want to begin a triathlon-focussed strength and conditioning programme. You will learn proper technique for foundational strength exercises using a mix of bodyweight, kettlebells and barbells. You’ll finish the course stronger, more stable and resilient and ready to take on more complex movements that will complement your training during the winter and into spring and the next race season. The group size is limited to four athletes so you get plenty of individual coaching and feedback.
