Spin 4 Tri is aimed at triathletes of all abilities who are looking to improve their bike fitness. The course will be coached by Sebastian Arroyave, spin instructor and avid triathlete, and Karl Grainger, a Level 3 triathlon coach with years of experience as both coach and triathlete.
You will require a towel and one or two drink bottles. It is also recommended that you have a heart rate monitor, but not essential.
Also, Fitness4Less have just bought new spin bikes but none of them have cleats so trainers are recommended.
