Join us on Sunday 11th April for another LFTC trail run starting at Finsbury Park. This time we’ll head over to Hampstead Heath along the parkland walk. The full 20km route goes around the west heath extension and the pergola to take in some sights before returning east for the climbs of Parliament Hill and Fitzroy Park. For those wanting a shorter route you can cut out the extension and just do the loop of Hampstead heath to cover about 15km. There are several more places you can take a shortcut if you like. The route will be mostly off road with some paved sections and will be hilly!

Meet at 9am at the Oxford Road gate entrance to Finsbury Park (the start of the Parkland Walk). Following the run (and restriction permitting) we can get snacks and coffee at the Stroud Green Market just around the corner on Perth Road.

In line with the latest BTF guidelines everyone who attends this session should register for track and trace purposes. Registration is free.

When you arrive please maintain social distancing (We don’t want to annoy the locals and other people enjoying their time in the park). We will be running in small groups with the maximum number of people per group being six. Please do not jump from one group to another and try to maintain distance between the groups.

Athletes should not attend the session if they feel unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms- should any athlete develop any symptoms following a session, they must notify welfare@lftri.co.uk
