Join us this Sunday, 6th Dec, for the LFTC Xmas Run. There will be two distances to choose from – a 9k (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/34757734) and a 15k (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/34757770). The 15k group leaves at 9 am and the 9k group leaves at 9:30 am. Meeting point is the start of the routes here (https://goo.gl/maps/ZyAKWQ5w6csykmWa6). This means we should all finish at roughly similar times and will get a chance to see fellow LFTC-ers. Christmas fancy dress is strongly encouraged 🙂 The routes are 90% trails and will probably be muddy. You will be fine in road shoes, but if you have trail shoes opt for those.

Just a quick COVID19 note:

In line with the latest BTF guidelines everyone who attends this session should register for track and trace purposes.

When you arrive please maintain social distancing. We will be running in small groups with the maximum number of people per group being six. Please do not jump from one group to another and try to maintain distance between the groups. We don’t want to annoy the locals and other people using the trails and we don’t want to give the club a bad name. 

Athletes should not attend the session if they feel unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms- should any athlete develop any symptoms following a session, they must notify welfare@lftri.co.uk
