Join us this Saturday for another LFTC trail run starting at Finsbury Park. We’ll head over to Hampstead Heath along the parkland walk.The full 20km route goes around the west heath extension and the pergola to take in some sights before returning east for the climbs of Parliament Hill and Fitzroy Park. If you want to do a shorter 10km route you can cut out the extension and just do the loop of Hampstead heath. The route will be mostly off road with some paved sections and will be hilly!

 

Meet at 9am at the Oxford Road gate entrance to Finsbury Park (the start of the Parkland Walk). After the run, we will head to Finsbury Park Café for coffee and cake.
