Are you new to LFTC and been a little shy to join a ride?
Perhaps you love riding but haven’t quite got the hang of group cycling?

If you are keen to explore the Essex country lanes and get introduced to group riding and/or LFTC this is the event for you!

We will meet at E5 Bakehouse at 8:15am for an 8:30am start. Please arrive promptly at 8.15 so we have plenty of time to sort ourselves into sub groups if required). The route is circa 67kms with coffee stop at the end of the ride back at E5. The pace will be leisurely so don’t feel like you need to be super fast at all to join, this ride is for anyone and everyone.
