This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes.
This next block will have a bike focus with continued run & and a monthly circuit session.
As much as possible we will try to base the 90 minute skills/fitness session at the Olympic VeloPark or run/circuit session at Well Street Common.
Working on skills, taking corners, drinking whilst riding, mounting etc. Longer sets for stronger athletes. Brick sessions.
For ages 8–15. The session will be divided into age and ability.
