This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes.
This next block will have a bike and run focus as the weather freshens up and we confirm an indoor pool for following sessions.
Alternating between a 2 hour skills/fitness session at the Olympic Velopark or run/circuit session at Victoria Park track.
As duathlon season approaches (run/bike/run) we may also look at running off the bike and the idea of brick training.
For ages 8-15. The session will be divided into age and ability.
NOTE: For the bike sessions you can bring your own (plus helmet), but if you need to hire a bike this is absolutely fine — you can hires bikes at £8 for juniors at the centre.
