This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes.
This session is a running and circuits session designed to be fun, promote agility, speed, and strength – all core components that help young bodies develop. We will also occasionally plan bike skills sessions in the basketball courts. These bike sessions will cover the balance, bike signals, mounts, dismounts, gears and braking.
We will prepare them to be triathlon race-ready, though racing is entirely optional and many athletes come along for the fitness and camaraderie aspect of training.
For ages 7-17. The session will be divided based on ability.
Meeting point: In the corner where Chatsworth Road meets Millfields Road, opposite Millfields Coffee.
