This week we will be starting a bit earlier with our bike / run session. Our run will focus on cadence this week, you can watch a video on that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDwVd24KfZs&t=9s. We don’t have access to the track this weekend but we will be doing our session around the Velopark before moving together to a bike maintenance session where we will learn how to look after our bikes.
If the weather is good, we will be doing the bike maintenance outside!
