Happy New Year everyone! We are just one week away from getting back into traning and Sarah and I are just four weeks away from leaving London and hitting the road for a year. It is time for me to handover to a new head coach. Abby Boswell is taking on the role as LFTC’s head coach! I am sure you will all join me in congratulating Abby.
I watched this NBC coverage of the 2015 IM World Championships from Kona yesterday. It is truly inspirational. Take a look. If this doesn’t cause a few tears to well up in your eyes then I am not sure what will. I wish you all the best for the coming season and I hope you too have set yourselves some lofty goals to conquer with the help of your LFTC club mates and coaches.
