I am a little time pressed this week to write a whole blog myself so I am going to point you in the direction of a couple of interesting bits of info provided by people much smarter than myself!

Our result from the London Fields Aquathlon puts us in striking distance of taking out the London League this year.

I realise I am almost a month late with this one but it was such a fantastic weekend that I think it is still worth writing about.

A 24-year-old woman will make history this weekend in London. Her name… Shirin Gerami!

I think the past weekend will go down as one of the biggest weekends in LFTC’s short but distinguished history.

There is only two weeks left until the ITU World Championships in London!

For the second weekend running LFTC can add another member to it’s growing list of Ironman triathletes!

Congratulations Gregg on becoming LFTC’s latest Ironman finisher!

Just a note about Tuesday’s track session this week. The track is still out of action so we will meet beside the sports pavilion like last week. There is bike parking there. Do not bring anything that are not willing to run with as anything left with the bikes will be out of our sight once we start training.

I must say as a coach this weekend was one of the most rewarding weekends so far. Just check out the results!
