The Kingfisher Aquathlon opens the London Triathlon League race season and the Liège–Bastogne–Liège closes the spring classics race season. LFTC get amongst both!

The season kicked off with some great racing in Auckland last weekend. This weekend the first of the London Triathlon League races takes place. If you fancy racing their are still places available.

The key to your run is starting with a solid bike leg and being sure you have kept up with both your nutrition and hydration but there is more to it than that.
