Just a note about Tuesday’s track session this week. The track is still out of action so we will meet beside the sports pavilion like last week. There is bike parking there. Do not bring anything that are not willing to run with as anything left with the bikes will be out of our sight once we start training.
I must say as a coach this weekend was one of the most rewarding weekends so far. Just check out the results!
