The Kingfisher Aquathlon opens the London Triathlon League race season and the Liège–Bastogne–Liège closes the spring classics race season. LFTC get amongst both!

The season kicked off with some great racing in Auckland last weekend. This weekend the first of the London Triathlon League races takes place. If you fancy racing their are still places available.

Anyway I thought I would pass on some of the key lessons I learnt from a conference I attended this week.

LFTC trail runners in South Devon laid down some amazing performances and partied afterwards in true LFTC style!

I came across this documentary called ‘Man on a Mission’ the other day.

The three most common causes of knee pain associated with running are patellofemoral pain, iliotibial band syndrome and patellar tendinopathy.

The big question is ‘Do you want the LFTC Sprint Distance Championships to be your first race of the season?’ I don’t think so.
