This week we kick off our running sessions. We will be using drills to teach the kids about running technique, which is key to injury prevention!
Ultimately, we want everybody to feel confident in the run leg of the triathlon and to realise it really isn’t that intimidating as the distances are very manageable even for people who don’t think of themselves as “natural” runners. We will go back to basics this week and talk about posture, balance and stability.
