Another 6-week swim tech course coming for you at Mile End Leisure Centre. Every Thursday from 8 to 9pm for 6 weeks.
As part of the session we use training aids to work on specific aspects of technique but please note, this is not an absolute beginners swimming lesson but is open to all levels of triathletes and swimmers alike who wish to develop their technique. You will need swim fins, pool buoy and hand paddles — the drills work much better with them! Please also bring a water bottle along with you. Just to add, due to current world affairs, there will be no equipment to borrow from the pool and all athletes should bring their own equipment with sharing prohibited.
Please arrive in time so you are ready to start (be in the pool) for 8:00pm. Entry to the pool is included in the cost of the session, you will need to show your booking confirmation email to reception and they will let you through. Lockers are available.
