There are some alignment cues that are preferable to build functional movement patterns whilst strength and conditioning.
We will look at the anatomical function and learn what phrases ‘neutral spine’ and ‘core stability’ actually mean with the following movements (time/group ability dependent):
- Split squat
- Squat
- Horse stance
- Press up
- Plank position
- Bridge
- Dead bugs
