The feedback has been so great after our initial Live-Streamed ‘Yoga For Athletes’, there will be a New Online 6 week Yoga block starting on Monday the 4th May, 6:45-8pm.
This block will focus on mobility and movement for cyling performance and recovery; hamstrings/hip flexion/shoulders. Releasing tension for optimum performance. We will still work on opening the hips whilst learning, understanding how ultimately everything is connected.
The *suggested class fee is £10 per single session, or £50 for a block of 6 consecutive sessions.
If you miss one of the sessions in a block i can share that recording with you, to do in your own time.

Should you wish to do an ad-hoc class in your own time recorded sessions are also available to watch, by contribution.
